The change in rates is applicable to health insurance and Retiree Post-65 premiums. Basic Life and Dependent Life premiums will see slight increases, while Optional Life rates will decrease by about 7.5%; all other premiums, including dental, remain unchanged.
Updated premium amounts will be reflected in pensioners’ semi-monthly pension payments beginning on April 15, 2025.
